Beautifully filmed in exotic Bali, this tale of incest and sexual abuse is elevated to story of empowerment and enlightenment, by both message and film style. Shot in black and white with only moody, suspenseful music (bells, chimes and drums), telling expressions, and subtle gestures, this film rises above most in a mystical manner. Superb in every way.
